EAGLES’ GATE PROPHETIC MINISTRY

Paul and Doris McGinnis were set into the office of Prophets in October 2002 by an Apostle Edmund James and Prophet Tom Morrison from Christian International and were confirmed as Prophets in July 2006 by Bishop Bill Hamon of Christian International. Their commission from the Lord is to “train and equip the saints “to do the work of ministry”, especially to prophesy. They also minister in local churches and ministry groups and have raised up teams of prophets and prophetic ministers to be available to the Body of Christ.

They have a passion to see God’s people grow in the operation of their prophetic gifting and in their understanding of protocols, issues of accountability and submission in their prophetic call. They provide instruction on proper response to a prophetic word, methods of judging prophetic words, knowing God’s Heart for people. They stress knowing Him intimately, His will, and His ways in ministering the prophetic word.

Both Paul and Doris have been filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesying since 1972. Paul has been teaching classes for prophets and prophetic ministers since June 2001. He has received formal training through Christian International (a school of Theology started by Dr. Bill Hamon) in Santa Rosa Beach Florida for Apostles and Prophets. Paul and Doris have taught classes in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Socorro, Las Cruces and Silver City as part of their EAGLES’ GATE PROPHETIC MINISTRY VISION.

SCOPE OF THE CLASS

This class/workshop is the first in a current series of 5 levels of training on prophetic ministry and it is designed to provide the student with knowledge of proper protocols in receiving, giving, and judging both congregational and personal prophecies, encouragement to grow in one’s relationship to the Lord, cooperation with pastors and other church leadership, and develop a person’s ability to discern the Voice of the Lord through practical “Activations”. The classes are open to members of the Body of Christ at large from high school age and up, and to 5 fold ministers.

We encourage those who are members of a church to mention these classes to your pastor(s) to ensure their concurrence with your participation in the classes.

TOPICS COVERED

This class provides:

1. Basic definitions for prophetic terminology , 2. Understanding of the “how when and why” of

prophetic utterances. 3. Importance of discerning what originates in us, what comes from satan, and

what is truly from the Heart of God when we prophesy. 4. Issues of accountability, faithfulness and

submission to Pastoral Leadership in a local church body. 5. Personal prophecy (giving and receiving);

including Prophetic presbytery ministry concepts and related protocols. 6. Discovering God’s Word,

Will & Way concerning personal prophecies; 7. Guidelines for Responding Properly to a personal

prophecy; 8. Hindrances to the Fulfillment of personal prophecy; 9. Divine healing and personal

prophecy; 10. Discussions and examples of the use of the gift of prophecy outside the 4 walls of a church

building

Basic practical Activations are given to enable the student to grow in their ability to hear the Voice of the Lord and their courage to speak that word forth in a “safe” classroom environment. All sessions will be taught by seasoned prophets & prophetesses and prophetic ministers.

This class/workshop is comprised of 8 sessions, each approximately 1 hour and 15 min. long.

Trained Prophetic Presbytery Teams will minister to the students beginning at 4:00 on Saturday (May 24^th) afternoon following the last class session.

ALL SESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT AND LAY A FOUNDATION FOR THE SESSION TO FOLLOW.

REGISTRANTS MUST ATTEND ALL 8 SESSIONS OF THE CLASS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE INTERMEDIATE CLASSES.
