PROPHETIC MINISTRY TRAINING
Since June, 2001, Paul and Doris have offered classes for training in Prophetic Ministry and the other gifts of the Spirit. To date, over 800 individuals from various churches have completed the Foundations level class/workshop for the operation of the gift prophecy.
These class/workshops are designed to provide the student with knowledge of proper protocols in receiving, giving, and judging both congregational and personal prophecies. Students receive encouragement to grow in their personal relationship to the Lord and to know His Heart. Cooperation with pastors and other church leadership is stressed. Students are instructed on how to develop their ability to discern the Voice of the Lord through practical “Activations”. The classes are open to all 5 fold ministers and members of the Body of Christ at large from high school age and up.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
FOUNDATIONS: 6 Sessions – each approximately 1 hr and 20 min.
This class/workshop covers basic protocols for giving, receiving, and judging prophecies. The class provides basic definitions for prophetic terminology and understanding of the “how, when, and why” of prophetic utterances. Stress is given also to the importance of discerning what originates in us, what comes from satan, and what is truly from the Heart of God when we prophesy. Issues of accountability and faithfulness in a local church body are covered. Basic practical Activations are given to enable the student to grow in their ability to hear the Voice of the Lord and in their courage to speak that word forth in a “safe” classroom environment. Asking Questions and having open discussion is encouraged.
INTERMEDIATE LEVELS 1 AND 2: 6 Sessions for the Intermediate Level 1 and Level 2 Class – each approximately 1 hr and 20 min.
These class/workshops offer teaching on various pitfalls of ministry and on what Dr. Bill Hamon of Christian International calls the 10 M’s for Maturing and Maintaining our ministry. This class covers the importance of having an intimate relationship with God, and issues of morality, maturity of ministry, personal money issues, motives of ministry, pride and other issues. The Activations are more challenging and are designed to stretch the student, and to cause them to leave their comfort zone in prophetic utterances.
ADVANCED LEVELS 1 AND 2: 6 Sessions each – each session is approximately 1 hr and 20 min.
The advanced classes provide teaching that focuses on developing a deeper, more intimate relationship with the Lord. Pressing in to know the Heart of God is stressed. The Activations are more advanced and focus on hearing the details the Lord is speaking concerning the person we are prophesying over. Opportunity for activation in making God ordained and anointed declarations over individuals and churches and situations is provided. The class is completed with a time of impartation to the attendees.
COST :
Current cost $35/class/person (early-registered) – Includes the textbook, Class Notes, and Certificate of completion. This is the cost for attendance at an Albuquerque, NM location. For a different venue outside Albuquerque, a love offering is requested in addition to the registration fee to cover travel expenses.
